Every wedding is different and there are many factors that could play a role in determining the exact quote you get from us. Some factors include location (distance? mulitiple locations?), date (prime wedding season?, weekend?, holiday?), ect. We are upfront and honest about everything so before you officially book you will know the exact price and there will be no hidden or surprise charges.
Depending on our backlog of wedding films to edit it could take up to two months. The level of detail and storytelling that we provide with our wedding films takes a long time to edit and during peak wedding season when we are shooting several weddings a month, we can accumulate a pretty hefty backlog of films to edit. We do try our best to give you a sneak peak shortly after your wedding.
We place a small, lavaliere microphone on the groom. It is barely noticeable and it will clearly capture the words from the groom and the bride and also the officiant. We also use other backup audio sources during the ceremony depending on the sources available (mics etc).
There is a certain “feeling” or “emotion” that is a part of every couple’s wedding day. Some couples are more outgoing and high energy while others may be more laid back and reserved and still others may be more silly and adventurous. We choose music to help enhance those feelings, emotions, and vibes that we see in each couple and in each wedding.
Choosing the right music for wedding films is really an art in itself and it can make or break a wedding film.
The retainer to hold your wedding date is 25%. The remaining balance is due the day before the wedding ceremony.
You will notice that after everything you are receiving with our wedding films, the main film, the entire ceremony, special dances, and toasts, there isn’t a whole lot of footage left over that you aren’t already receiving.
But if you are someone who has to have every single thing; every outtake, every section of shaky footage, every dance move then we will sell you the untouched raw footage for R1500.

In 2016 I formed 3-Axis Studios. My love for film and cinema is painted on every inch of every frame that I capture for my clients. My background is in film, events, commercials and music videos.
I was born in Pretoria and raised in the west of Johannesburg.
